(For homes built before 2002)
This inspection provides insurance companies with the information needed to asses discounts based on how well the house is protected from hurricane & tropical storm force winds.
(Needed for homes over 20 years old)
This inspection provides your insurance company with necessary information to determine that the house is insurable.

Wind Mitigation Inspections
A Wind Mitigation inspection will provide the understanding of how your home ability to understand how well your home will survive a storm. We will examine structural connections, doors, windows, roof covering and exterior elements for their storm readiness. Many Insurance companies require Wind Mitigation inspections annually.
4 Point Inspections
If you’re a homebuyer, you’ll likely need a 4-Point Inspection for insurance, or financing purposes. A Homespect 4-Point Inspection takes a particular look at the four main systems of the home, including HVAC, electrical wiring, plumbing and roofing.
